Event Description: Calling all DSANV Chefs! Join Anna Sudha Community Kitchens for this inclusive culinary experience. Practice your cooking skills while preparing a delicious meal.
The mission of Anna Sudha Community Kitchens is to provide healthy and economical food to all. They serve their community by focusing on five key groups: shelters, schools, seniors, single parents, and specially abled individuals. Each group represents their belief that food is more than nourishment — it’s care, dignity, and love in action.
This cooking class is for teens/adults with Down syndrome (Ages 13+). Caregiver participation is not required.
Cost: $10 donation to Anna Sudha Community Kitchens — Please donate via the Anna Sudha website prior to the 5/5 class. Proof of donation (e.g., emailed receipt) must be shown to DSANV staff upon arrival.
Registration: Please RSVP to Dana Laukhuf (Regional Engagement Coordinator, Loudoun County) at loudoun@dsanv.org by Sunday, May 3rd. Anna Sudha Community Kitchens can accommodate up to 10 VIP chefs.
