Career Development

Meaningful employment creates opportunities for independence, purpose, and personal fulfillment. Our career development programs help individuals with Down syndrome explore their strengths, develop workplace skills, and gain real-world experience in supportive environments. By partnering with local businesses and community organizations, we're helping participants build confidence, discover their potential, and prepare for successful employment opportunities that match their unique abilities and interests.

  • DSANV will be working out of the St. Lucy Food Project Warehouse in Manassas to assist in sorting their food donations.

    We can only accommodate 10 workers for this project. Parents must accompany their worker, unless they complete the below parental consent and release.

    This program is for teens & adults with Down syndrome (ages 16+).
