Jennifer Greene- Regional Engagement Coordinator (REC)- Loudoun County
Jennifer is a writer, mom of three, and a disability advocate. As a parent to an adult son with Down Syndrome, she is currently serving in her third year on the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities (VBPD) where she leads the Advocacy Outreach and Training Committee. In this role, she oversees programming that equips disabled individuals and their families with leadership and advocacy skills. Driven by a desire to seek greater community and connection within the Down syndrome community in Loudoun County, she currently serves as DSANV Regional Engagement Coordinator. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Howard University and master’s degree in teaching from Trinity University. In her spare time, she enjoys walks in nature, savoring a good cup of hot tea, spending time with her husband and family and listening to political crime thriller audiobooks.
