Alain Noriega serves as the Executive Director for the Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia (DSANV), bringing over a decade of dedication to the organization, which began as a volunteer.

Alain's passion is deeply rooted in his family life. He and his wife, Elizabeth, are parents to three children, including their daughter Janella (11), who has Down Syndrome. Janella's "light, joy, and determination" are the driving force behind his commitment to ensuring every individual with Down Syndrome can thrive and have their unique gifts celebrated.

Alain applies a strong foundation in organizational strategy, team building, and operations management from his previous leadership roles at Target and Community Church.

At DSANV, he is focused on:

• Bringing families together and strengthening partnerships.

• Expanding opportunities for individuals with Down Syndrome.

• Leading with joy, compassion, and integrity to build a more inclusive, connected, and uplifting Northern Virginia community.
