2024 Spring Relationshapes

March 5 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

The March 5, 19, April  9, 16, 23, 30 classes will be at the Service Source Building from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. The class fee includes money towards  the family pizza party on April 30.. The RelationShape students help set up and act as hosts for the Volunteer Appreciation Event. The Volunteer Appreciation Event is the perfect venue to practice everyone’s awesome new social skills.

The RelationShapes program explores the concepts of healthy social boundaries. Class members, who range in age from middle school through young adults, learn how to develop closer relationships with some people in their lives, while keeping others at a safe distance. In class we learn how social boundaries work and have opportunities to practice these skills.

The 2024 Spring RelationShapes class will be offered in person. The program will consist of six classes. The class fee includes the Family Pizza Party.

Spring 2024 RelationShape students are invited to attend the Volunteer Appreciation Event. RelationShape Students will help set uo,and act as hosts, check in guests, and help prepare and serve food. The Volunteer Appreciation Event will be held on Thursday, April 18 at the Service Source Building. RelationShape Students can arrive at 5:00pm

The instructor for this program is Mrs. Beth Henry who works as a school counselor in a pre-K-8th grade private school where she teaches a blend of social skills, healthy boundaries and caring behavior. She has been a licensed professional counselor (Maryland) and she is a National Certified Counselor for more than 20 years. The Spring 2024 class will be Beth’s tenth time teaching the class.
