Mr. Lintott came to DSANV after nearly eight years as senior trial attorney with Allstate Insurance Company and also having served on the DSANV Board of Directors for 5 years and the DSANV Buddy Walk Planning Committee for 4 years. Mr. Lintott began his career in 2004 as a law clerk to the Honorable Natalia M. Combs Greene in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. He also served as Associate at the law firm of Hartel, Kane, DeSantis, MacDonald & Howie, LLP located in Greenbelt, Maryland. Mr. Lintott received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the George Washington University and his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Lintott is the father of three boys, one of whom was born with Down syndrome and passed away from heart complications. He brings his experience as parent, volunteer, advocate, board member, and professional to DSANV.
Ms. Phares joined DSANV as a member in 2006, volunteered in the office in 2011, and has been serving in the role of Program Assistant since 2012. Her background is in computer programming and management information systems with a Masters in Information Systems from Virginia Tech. She has worked with constituent management systems, multiple listing services and mortgage payment processes. Ms. Phares is delighted to be involved with all things technical and functional and to work alongside the dedicated volunteers and knowledgeable staff of DSANV. She and her husband Wayne live in Chantilly with her four children: Aubrey, Rebecca, Owen and Mia (who is diagnosed with mosaic Down syndrome) and her husband Wayne.
